I have also provided you with a Questionnaire to help define your job more clearly. So please be sure to complete and then send to me directly from your computer. A typed up job description is also useful to send if you have one. Be sure and note that for whomsoever you hire you deduct their taxes etc., as you are liable to report their earnings at the end of each year. It is also suggested that you acquire a criminal background and credit check on the individual you are hiring before bringing them on board permanently.
